We understand that some women have busy schedules and our group session times may not be convenient. Or maybe you just want a couple of sessions to start you off in the right direction. Or perhaps, even though our group sessions are fun and friendly, you may feel intimidated joining a group to start off. Maybe you have a long term goal such as a half marathon and want some support to keep you on track.
Our Leaders in Running Fitness are able to offer 1-2-1 sessions to help you start off on your running journey or work towards your running goals.
