COUCH TO 5K

NEW C25K PROGRAM STARTS 25 MARCH 2019

Starting Monday 25 March - 9 week course with two supported runs per week and a third run to be undertaken by yourself. You’ll be working towards doing parkrun at Les Quennevais on Saturday 25 May at 09:00.  Each session lasts for around 30/45 minutes and your LiRF will check in with you each week to keep you on track for your session on your own. 

Weeks 1 - 4: Mon and Wed at 18:15 

Week 5: Tue and Wed at 18:15 and Sun at 8:30

Week 6: Mon, Wed and Thu at 18:15

Week 7: All three runs are unaccompanied

Weeks 8 - 9: Mon and Wed at 18:15

All sessions will take place from St John’s Recreation Centre.

For any sessions taking place after sunset, high visibility clothing will be mandatory.

IntervalS

Tuesdays at 13:00 at the entrance to Le Jardins de la Mer opposite Gloucester Street

COST - £5.00 per session payable in blocks of 4 sessions (£20.00). Payment is for 4 consecutive sessions, either lunchtimes or mornings.

Your Leader in Running Fitness for these sessions is Kiley

Monday at 19:00 at the yellow phone box opposite the Grand Hotel at West Park unless otherwise advised by you LiRF.

COST - £5.00 per session payable in blocks of 4 sessions (£20.00). Payment is for 4 consecutive sessions evening sessions.
