COUCH TO 5K

NEW C25K PROGRAM STARTS 30 SEPTEMBER 2019

Starting Monday 30 September - 9 week course with two supported runs per week and a third run to be undertaken by yourself. You’ll be working towards doing parkrun at Les Quennevais on Saturday 30 November at 09:00.  Each session lasts for around 30/45 minutes and your LiRF will check in with you each week to keep you on track for your session on your own. 

Weeks 1 - 4: Mon and Wed at 17:30 and one unaccompanied run

Week 5 and 6: Mon, Wed and Thur at 17:30

Weeks 7 and 8: There will only be accompanied sessions on one of these weeks. Details will be provided near the time. The week with accompanied sessions will be Mon and Wed at 17:30 and one unaccompanied run. On the unaccompanied week, you will be expected to do three solo runs.

Week 9: Mon and Wed at 17:30

All sessions will take place from the entrance to Jardin de la Mer opposite Gloucester Street.

For any sessions taking place after sunset, high visibility clothing will be mandatory.

We have no 5k and Beyond programs scheduled to start in the near future however if you are interested, please contact us as will put on new courses subject to demand.

IntervalS

Tuesdays at 13:00 at the entrance to Le Jardins de la Mer opposite Gloucester Street

COST - £5.00 per session payable in blocks of 4 sessions (£20.00). Payment is for 4 consecutive sessions, either lunchtimes or mornings.

Your Leader in Running Fitness for these sessions is Kiley

Monday at 19:00 at the yellow phone box opposite the Grand Hotel at West Park unless otherwise advised by you LiRF.

COST - £5.00 per session payable in blocks of 4 sessions (£20.00). Payment is for 4 consecutive sessions evening sessions.
