Couch to 5k

All Starting Week Beginning 27 February - 9 week course with two supported runs per week with a third run to be undertaken by yourself. You’ll be working towards doing parkrun at Les Quennevais on Saturday 29 April at 9:00am.  Each session lasts for 30 minutes and your LiRF will check in with you each week to keep you on track for your session on your own.

Mornings - East of Island - Mon and Wed at 9:15am at Queen's Valley Reservoir

Mornings - West of Island - Tue and Thu at 9:15am at Val de la Mare Reservoir

Lunchtimes - Town - Tue and Thu at 1:15pm at the Yellow Phone box opposite the Grand Hotel

Evenings - Town - Tue and Thu at 6:15pm at the Yellow Phone box opposite the Grand Hotel

Starting 14 March - 9 week course with a view to completing The Durrell Challenge 2017 on Sunday 14 May. Weekday sessions will last 30 minutes and the Saturday sessions will start at around 40 minutes building up to around 90 minutes.

Tue and Thu at 7:00pm at the Yellow Phone Box opposite the Grand Hotel and 8:00am Sat at various locations around the island to be advised on a week by week basis.
